A Literature-based Analysis On Herbal Administration Regularity Of Sepsis Gastrointestinal Dysfunction

Objective:To explore the TCM differential treatment regulation of Sepsis Gastrointestinal Dysfunction,in order to the main pathogenesis of Sepsis Gastrointestinal Dysfunction,in order to Sepsis Gastrointestinal Dysfunction provide reliable reference data for research and treatment of TCM.Methods:Firstly,the literature research collected from Chinese journal full-text database(1994-2015),analysis has been carried out deeply;focus on the laws of medicine that had been used,especially the decoction medicine.At the same time,we pursued the main pathogenesis for Sepsis Gastrointestinal Dysfunction.Database was established with Excel software,the medicine served as the variable,the medicine found in prescriptions was valued as 1,the medicine absence in prescriptions was valued as 0.Frequency analysis was applied to find the commonly used medicines and medicine category,clustering analysis was applied to find the prescription their components with close interrelationship,all above methods were been used to explore the regulations of Chinese herbs usage and the main pathogenesis for Sepsis Gastrointestinal Dysfunction.Results:38 papers were selected out from the periodical database according to the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria;there are total 65 kinds of Chinese herbs.The total frequency was 215 times.The most frequently used drug was cathartic drugs,their frequency was above 29 percent.The frequency of tonic drugs was above 23 percent,only second to the cathartic drugs.The three kinds of significant medicine property are cold,warm and flat.The three kinds of herbal taste of bitter sweet and Xin are most commonly used.Drugs were classified by meridian;the top four are the spleen,the stomach,the large intestine and the lung.Conclusions:1.Based on the analysis of Sepsis Gastrointestinal Dysfunction prescription of Chinese medicine treatment, Rhubarb,Immature Bitter orage,mirabilite,Magnolia officinalis,Radix liquiritiae are most commonly used.The most frequently used drug classes are cathartic drugs and tonic drugs.The property of herbs is mainly cold warm and flat.The tastes is mainly bitter sweet and Xin,meridians mainly the spleen,the stomach,the large intestine and the lung.2.Sepsis Gastrointestinal Dysfunction medication is mainly the eliminating evil medicine,followed by tonic drug,tonification and purgation in combination.Thereinto,the eliminating evil is mainly cleaning intestines and stomach,weeding through the old to new,and the tonic drug is mainly benefit spleen and stomach qi for strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil.3.The main pathogenesis of Sepsis Gastrointestinal Dysfunction is the heat toxin accumulating inside,bowel-qi obstruction,insufficient anti-pathogenic energy,The treatment shoud be bowel-relaxing and eliminating evil,strengthen the spleen and stomach,tonification and purgation in combination,in order to receive good treatment effect.
