Study On Traditional Chinese Medication Rules Of Professor Wei Jiwu In Treating Spleen-stomach Disease

Objective: Through the collection of the cases that Professor Wei Jiwu treated on spleen-stomach disease, analyse the statistics of the drug, to summarize the basic rules of Professor Wei Jiwu in treating the spleen-stomach disease treatment, the Kui valuable academic experience to better inherit and carry forward,the clinical medicine experience of Professor Wei Jiwu will provide guidance for clinicians, enhance the clinical curative effect, promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: The cases come from the clinic of professor Wei Jiwu in Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital from October 2013 to April 2014. Use office2010-excel to make a database of the drugs professor Wei Jiwu used,analyse the data by frequency statistics and clustering analysis method with office2010-excel and SPSS17.0.Analyze the frequency of the actions of TCM, the nature of TCM, the medicinal odour,drug meridian tropism. Analyze the frequency of TCM that were most used in stomachache, distention and fullness,diarrhea dysphagia.According to the drug efficacy, drugs of frequency > 10% were classified through systematic cluster into classes.Results:1.For actions of Chinese herbal medicine,the most used categories are deficiency-nourishing drugs(18.76%),qi regulating drugs(14.71%),drugs for digesting(14.27%),of all the deficiency-nourishing drugs,qi invigorating drugs make a percentage of 57.94%;for the nature of TCM, the top three used are Warm(39.83%),flat(24.75%),cold(12.34%);for the medicinal odour,the top three used are pungent(4260 times),gan(3901 times),bitter(3403 times); in terms of drug meridian tropism, the most used are spleen meridian(74.48%), stomach meridian(55.77%),liver meridian(41.58%),lung meridian(29.90%);the frequency of drugs used more than 50% contains White atractylodes rhizome, Poria, Radix Aucklandiae, Radix Codonopsis, amomum fruit, hawthorn, Fried malt, medicated leaven, Rhizoma Cyperi, Radix Paeoniae Alba, fried Radix Angelica sinensis, Rhizoma pinelliae, Coptis chinensis, Rhizoma Cyperi, radix curcumae, Radix Bupleuri, mint, fried Fructus aurantii, Magnolia officinalis2.According to the drug efficacy, drugs that use frequency > 10% can be classified through systematic cluster into 10 classes.There are seven classes that contains two or more than two kinds of drugs.The first class is Fried malt, medicated leaven, Gallus gallus, bran vinegar, fried Fructus Immaturus, Jiao Shanzha, Kawa Ko, MuXiang.The second class is Amomum villosum, aloes, dried ginger, Wu Zhuyu.The third class is White atractylodes rhizome, Atractylodes rhizome, coix seed, poria.The forth class isPinellia tuber, Magnolia officinalis, frying semen Raphani, skeletons, Zhejiang Fritillaria, tangerine peel, Gynostemma pentaphyllum, dangshen, Astragalus.The fifth class is Bupleurum root, mint, Ge Gen.The sixth class is Fresh ginger, three seven powder, cuttlebone, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rhizoma Corydalis, angelica, safflower, Danshen, chuanxiong, Radix Curcumae.The seventh class is Coptis, Scutellaria baicalensis.Conlusion:1.Of soothing liver and invigorating spleen is the core treatment thatprofessor Wei Jiwu on treating spleen-stomach disease.2.The medication features of Professor Wei Jiwu in treating spleen-stomach disease: inhibiting wood and strengthening soil, make liver and spleen health; eliminating and supplementation are both sed,invigorating spleen first; dryness and mercy, warming and clearing should be considered; lifting and droping,put into together with invigorating can be used at the same time; keeping pace with the times,TCM and western medicine can be combined.
