| Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation method in the treatment of diabetic macroangiopathy andeffect on vascular endothelium in diabetic rats, and to explore its protective vascularmechanism.Methods: Clinical observation of 60 cases of patients with diabetic vascular diseasewere randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases), two groups of the same basic treatment, the test group with Yiqi Huoxuetherapy, the control group with placebo treatment, observation of curative effect of the two groups in symptoms, physical signs and carotid artery intima thickn ess etc.. Animal experi ment 40 rats were randomly divided into control group, model group,western medicine group and Chinese medicine group, except the control group, the remaining three groups to establish diabetic rat model, traditional Chinese medicinegroup were given Yiqi Huoxue Decoction, western medicine group was givenmetformin, observing the changes of vascular endothelial structure and function in diabetic rats after 10 weeks of feeding.Results: The clinical observation showed that Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in improving symptoms, signs are better than the control group, in the improvement of carotid intima-media thickness of non inferior to the control group. The animal experiment showed that Yiqi Huoxue Prescription decreased the level of serum oxLDL in diabetic rats, protect vascular endothelial structure, and improve vascular function.Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue decoction has a good therapeutic effect on diabetic vascular disease, the protective mechanism may be related with the inhibition ofoxidative stress in vascular endothelial cells. |
