| Objective:To observe and compare the effects of early parenteral nutrition and traditional parenteral nutrition on the immune function of premature infants.Methods:1.By Adoptting prospective study,71 premature infants whose gestational age were less than 34 weeks were choosen to be researched in the level III nursery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from Janury 2014 to Janury 2015 and were assigned into two groups randomly.36 cases were in the experimental group,20 of them were male and 16 of them were female. The experimental group was given early parenteral nutrition and the control group was given traditional parenteral nutrition.Results:1.There was no difference in the two groups in gender, gestational age, weight, length and head circumference after birth, this discrepancy had no statistic significance(P> 0.05).2. Compared to the control group, the length, weight, head circumference was increased more in the experimental group after treatment (P< 0.05).3. In the experimental group, after the treatment, the humoral immune index C3 and IgG were decreased,C4 and IgM were increased, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05).4.In the control group, fter the treatment, the humoral immune index C3 and IgG were decreased,C4 and IgM were increased, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05).5.In the experimental group, after treatment, the cellular immune index CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 were increased, CD8 was decreased, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05).6.In the control group, after the treatment, the cellular immune index CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 were increased,CD8 was decreased, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05).7. C3 and IgG decreased more with CD3 increased less in the control group after the treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.The nutritional status of premature infants during the hospitalization could be improved obviously, weight, length and head circumference could be promoted, the decreased of physiologic weight could be reduced and the time of recovered to birth weight and parenteral nutrition could be shorten by early parenteral nutrition,2.The synthesis of IgG and C3 could be promoted and the immune function could be enhanced by early parenteral nutrition. |
