Objective The aim was to study the clinical characteristics and therapy of multiple endocrine neoplasia type1(MEN-1),and to better understand the disease.Methods we retrospectively reviewed clinical data of1cases of MEN-1in the second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University school of Medicine.Results The patient was a female,with parathyroid tumors, pituitary adenorna,as well as pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.Analysis of clinical feature and treatment was made by using the collected data,and discuss combining with the literature.Conclusions Early diagnosis and treatment are very important for patients. Group consultation of doctors with specific expertise plays important roles in the management of multiple endocrine neoplasia associated tumors.
