Objective:To invest the related factors of collateral circulation formation inpatients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:647patients who were admitted to the coronary care unit, diagnosedwith acute myocardial infarction and underwent primary percutaneouscoronary intervention were stratified into two groups according to theRentrop scoring system: the collateral group(n=124) and thenon-collateral group(n=523). The potential risk factors were assessed, including age, gender, family history of coronary heart disease, smoking, hypertension, diabetes, fasting blood glucose, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG,lipoprotein (a), pre-infact angina, types of myocardial infarction (ST-ornon-ST segment elevation MI), alt, bilirubin, creatinine (CR), ureanitrogen, NT-proBNP and D-D. IRA was determined according to theresults of emergency coronary angiography. The time of myocardialinfarction was recorded. Statistical software package SPSS20.0was usedto analyze the t test and chi square test between groups. Multivariateanalysis using unconditional Logistic regression analysis. The differencewas statistically significant with the bilateral P <0.05.Results:Through the analysis of two groups of patients with single factor, incoronary heart disease risk factors: age, gender, coronary heart disease family history, diabetes, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, HDL-C,lipoprotein(a), triglycerides have no statistical significance (P>0.05),smoking (62.5%vs75.8%), hypertension (55.8%vs44.4%) andLDL-C(3.16±0.86vs2.77±0.76mmol/L)were statistically significant (P <0.05).Clinical information: two groups in types of myocardial infarction(STEMI or NSTEMI), ALT, bilirubin, creatinine (CR), urea nitrogen,NT-proBNP and D-D had no statistical significance (P>0.05), and preinfarction angina pectoris (43.2%vs57.3%) exist significant difference (P<0.05).In the infarct related artery and ischemia time: the IRA (LAD,LCX or RCA) and the number of straitness vessel had no statisticalsignificance (P>0.05),ischemia time (7.14±2.02vs7.53±1.83h) existsignificant difference (P <0.05).Multivariate regression analysis show that: hypertension and LDL-Cinhibited the formation of collateral circulation, smoking、pre-infactangina and ischemia time faciliated the formation of collateral circulation. Conclusions:In patients with AMI, hypertension and LDL-C inhibited theformation of collateral circulation, smoking、 pre-infact angina andischemia time faciliated the formation of collateral circulation. There wasno relationship between IRA and the formation of collateral circulation.
