Clinical Analysis Of61Cases Of Postpartum Hemorrhage By Interventional Therapy

As a branch of Interventional Radiology, the vascular interventionaltherapy is an important means to save the patients’ lives and preservetheir fertility function. In the past, we have only one treatment ofoperation to treat the possible postpartum bleeding，with the developmentof medical technology,we have got some other ways to treat thedisease.Interventional therapy is widely used in Gynecology andObstetrics diseases, especially in the post-partum hemorrhage.Objective:To discuss the relevant factors of interventional treatment in thepostpartum hemorrhage.Methods:1. To analyse retrospectively all the61patients’medical records whohave been treated with the methods of interventional therapy inthe First and Second Hospital of Jilin University from January2010toJanuary2015.The medical records include: age, gestational weeks,pregnancy history, pregnancy situations (with or without complicationsand combinations), mode of delivery, postpartum hemorrhage volume,conservative treatment, the outcome of mother and child. We haveanalysed the effection of the incidence, risk factors, bleeding volume,andthe method of treatment which have done with pregnant women and thefetus.2. The data were statistically processed by SPSS19.0statistical software and analysed by the t test and2test.Results:Among the61patients of postpartum hemorrhage who have beentreated with the method of interventional therapy,42patients come fromthe the First and the Second Hospital of Jilin University,the other19patients come from the other hostipals. Among the61patients,16patients of placenta previa with placenta inplantation,12patients ofuterine inertia,11patients of placenta previa,10patients of placentaaccrete and placenta implantation,6patients of placental abruption,6patients of pregnancy with uterine fibroids.47patients had history ofinduced abortion,36patients with previous history of cesarean sectionsurgery. There are6patients who have normal deliveries in the61patients.And the other55patients have got cesarean section. No onedeceased in the study of61patients. We have analysed the single factorof the interventional therapy in postpartum hemorrhage and find thefactor of placenta (placenta previa, placenta accrete or implantation,placental abruption, uterine inertia, history of cesarean section)hasstatistical meaning (P <0.05).Conclusions:Interventional treatment is one of the effective measures to treatpostpartum hemorrhage,and help the patients to maintain their uterus andsave their lives. Obstetric bleeding diseases include placenta previa,postpartum hemorrhage, cesarean scar pregnancy and etc,which may leadto the loss of large bleeding volume and endanger their lives badly.Interventional treatment used in postpartum hemorrhage has gotremarkable results.With the development of the economy and theimprovement of people’s cultural level, interventional treatment has beenused greatly. We should do prenatal and postnatal care, maternal health care and the early prevention.We should emphasize the benefits of normaldelivery.In the recent years,with the increasing delivery birth,thecaesarean section rate also increase.The caesarean rate without anyindication and the second baby policy are the objective factors of theincrease of the postpartum hemorrhage.We should grasp the indication ofcaesarean section correctly and decrease the rate of caesarean section,andat last to decrease the occurance of the postpartum hemorrhage.Oncewe’ve found patients with postpartum hemorrhage,we should value thepatients and make the treatment in time,in order to get the best result.
