| Maackia amurensis Rupr. et Maxim. belongs to Leguminosae family, Maackiaspecies. It is widely used for the treatment of cholecystitis, rheumatoid arthritis andsore pain. Recently, however, its relevant research is relatively rare in the domestic. Therefore, this paper views heartwood of Maackia amurensis as object, studies thefollowing aspects for the future research:1. The chemical compositions of Maackia amurensis have been extracted andseparated. Five chemical compounds were extracted from Maackia amurensis bycolumn chromatography. The heartwood of Maackia amurensis was smashed andextracted with70%ethanol concentration3times, and70%ethanol extract was thenextacted by ethyl acetate and separated by silica gel, sephadex and recrystal. Fivecompounds were separated. On the basis of NMR and literatures, as a consequence, formononetin, daidzein, tectorigenin, genistein, and resveratrol were identified.2. The anti-tumor activity of ethanol elution parts (30%,50%,70%,)formononetin, genistein, daidzein and resveratrol were studied in vitro by MTT. Thecancer cell such as A549, HepG2, HCT116were used to screen antitumor activity. The both the consequence showed the elution parts and the compounds exert goodantitumor activity.3. The immunity-boosting activity of ethanol elution parts (30%,50%,70%,)formononetin, genistein, daidzein and resveratrol were studied in vitro by MTT. Thesplenic lymphocyte or combined with ConA were used to study immunity-boostingactivity. The consequence showed the elution parts and the compounds had a trend ofpromoting proliferation. In conclusion, the anti-tumor activity and the immunity-boosting activity of theelution parts and the compounds had been studied. This paper provided the scientificbasis for the further research. |
