Acute gangrene sex cholecystitis (Acute gangrenous cholecystitis) isacute cholecystitis in the compared serious of type, is a except acuteinflammation outside, main due to gallbladder of cycle obstacles thencaused of bleeding and the gallbladder organization necrosis, belongs toserious gallbladder lesions, the type has acute cholecystitis generalsymptoms outside, it also has illness critical, and illness progress fast, andcomplications more, features, common disease in the old patients, surgeryresection treatment is this class disease only of radical measures. Acutegangrenous cholecystitis in elderly patients due to physiological functionsof various organs decreased, along with complications such as diabetes, high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, in the traditional opencholecystectomy surgery blood loss more postoperative complications andhigher risks. Objective Acute gangrenous cholecystitis in elderly patientsthrough two groups of treatment programmes (laparoscopiccholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy) clinical effect comparelaparoscopic cholecystectomy on the aged aims to demonstrate the valueand superiority of acute gangrenous cholecystitis. Methods Recalled research April2012to August2014in JilinUniversity second hospital accept surgery treatment of74cases old acutegangrene cholecystitis patients, according to patients treatment method ofdifferent will its is divided into two group, to line opened abdominalgallbladder resection operation of36cases patients for control group, toline celiac mirror gallbladder resection operation of38cases patients for observation group, records two group patients surgery time, and operationin the bleeding volume, and operation Hou anal exhaust time, and hospitaltime,, statistics patients treatment situation, and observation group transitopened abdominal rate and the mortality, While on the postoperativecomplications (wound infection, bile leakage, intra-abdominal infections, septicaemia) were observed. Results Laparotomy observation group was5.3%, the cure rate was100.0%in the observation group2patients died, the cure rate was94.4%,the two groups had no significant difference in cure rates. Patients in theobservation group blood loss, operative time consuming, anal exhaustrecovery time and hospital stay were significantly lower than the controlgroup, the odds of postoperative complications was significantly lower thanthe control group. Conclusions Laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery helps reducethe risk of postoperative complications, which not only can effectivelyimprove the recovery rate of patients, and can effectively reduce the paincaused by complications to patients, help reduce the psychological burdenand economic burden of patients, laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatelderly patients with acute gangrenous cholecystitis significant effect, causing less trauma to the patient and the patient as soon as possible tofacilitate the recovery, in clinical worthwhile.
