ObjectiveThe aim of this paper is to analysis the clinical diagnosis andtreatment of carpal bone fracture with (or) carpal dislocation.MethodsThe clinical data of116cases of carpal bone fracture with (or)carpal dislocation. from2004to2014were summarized, Afterlong-term follow-up of116cases, follow-up time is6months to8years, an average of3.4years, Retrospect and analyze thepathogenic site,Clinical classification,surgical procedures.ResultsThis group of116cases, male99cases,17cases of female, sexratio of5.8:1,35cases in left hand,814cases in right hand. X-ray isthe preferred secondary screening method of the carpal fracture withdislocation. CT, three-dimensional CT, MRI and bone scan canimprove the diagnosis rate. The main treatment method is surgery,they provided four kinds of surgical methods, and the results were allachieved clinical cure. The excellent rate is82.76%, according to themodified Mayo carpal score sheet features. ConclusionCarpal, lateral X-ray film is preferred method of examination ofthe scaphoid, lunate fractures with (or) dislocation, but easy tomisdiagnosis, so special position photo to be added is useful.Treatment should be based on surgery, surgical methods selecting isaccording to the situation of fracture and dislocation, the advantagesof screw fixation treatment is the more obvious.
