After treatment are improved, and the observation group comparedwith the control group improved more significantly (P <0.05), During the period of the2groups were not there,Theobservationgroup theincidencewas2.9%,17.6%lower to compared with the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Valsartan, amlodipine, each dose for80mg and5mg, the daily morning Oral1times,compared with nifedipine sustained-release tablets, each dose of10mg,2times a day orally, earlier and improve the symptoms of angina pectoris.2.Valsartan, amlodipine,80mg and5mg at a dose of the antihypertensive effect is better thanthe Xiaobendiping Huanshi Pian, at a dose of10mg.3.Valsartan, amlodipine, each dose was well tolerated in patients with80mgand5mg, theheart rate,Little effect and liver function, biochemical indicators, it is suitablefor clinical application.
