Objective:Explore the influence of the implementation of gynecological cancerpatient health education for family quality of life of patients. Enhancedby the implementation of health education for families caring capacity,and further improve the level of care for their families, the level ofparticipation and quality of life in patients after long-term. Establisheffective health education model, providing a theoretical basis forclinical nursing intervention.Methods:Randomly selected in December2013to December2014, the First Hospital of Jilin University gynecological surgery, chemotherapy in cancer patients. Met the inclusion criteria60patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Experimental group of30patients: for patients and their families while implementing health education; control group of30patients: only patient health education.Selection of European quality of life for cancer patients investigate core scale (ERTC QLQ-C30) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) as a measurement tool.Results:(1)Implementation of gynecologic malignancies patient health educationfor family in the role, cognitive, emotional function scores and overallquality of life is higher than the control group, and was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05), namely families functional dimension simultaneousimplementation of health education of patients, the overall quality oflife is better than the control group; while patients in the test groupnausea and vomiting, insomnia, constipation, loss of appetite and othersymptoms scores than the control group, and was statistically significant (P values were <0.05), that the corresponding test group of patients hadsignificantly improved symptoms.(2) The test group of patients with anxiety and depression scores thanthe control group, and was statistically significant (P <0.05), that isthe test of anxiety, depression situation has clearly improved.Conclusion:(1) Participation in overall quality of life of patients withgynecological malignant tumor patients and their families have a greatrelationship, and the family and patient to resist the disease helps toimprove the quality of life of patients.(2) Gynecologic cancer patients and their families mental stress,depression, anxiety situation significantly, through lectures and healtheducation for families to participate in the course to help improve thepsychological problems of the patient’s family, while feedback togynecologic malignancies by supporting system patient, patient anxiety,depression remission improved patient quality of life has significantlyimproved the food.
