Tonifying Kidney Dispersing Depressed Liver-energy And Promoting Blood Circulation In The Treatment Of Menopausal Syndrome On The Clinical Research And Curative Effect Evaluation

Objective:Through the stagnation of liver qi kidney deficiency and blood stasis menopausal syndrome patients were randomized to take series of Chinense medicine Qi Zhen Ke Li and Kun Bao Wan,to evaluate the efficient of the two interventions,and discussing the feasibility of treatmenting menopausal syndrome with liver and kidney and promating blood circulation in order to seeking for the best formulaes that are efficacy and stability.Methods:This study belong to the Beijing Pharmaceutical Technology Project topics " Tonifying kidney dispersing depressed liver-energy and promoting blood circulation in the treatment of menopausal syndrome on the clinical research and curative effect evaluation "(topic Numbers:KJTS2011-12)part of the content, and the center, prospective, randomized,controlled clinical research methods. Collect in March2012to February2014the independent group of the120cases of menopausal syndrome patients with complete clinical material,divided into research group and control group,the60cases.Each8-week treatment.The observa-tion group take tonifying kidney dispersing depressed liver-energy and promoting blood circulation,wtith Troditional Chinese Medcine Qi Zhen drug granules,the control group take Kun Bao pill.Both group in0-week,4-weeks, and8-weeks of treatment patients were followed up for one time.Follow-up period compared with two groups of patients’symptomatic relief,follow-up period if patients against reaserch programme, the research suspended.Results:This study takes100cases as research objects who compliance with study protocol and were followed up to8-weeks,and the observation group is53cases and control is47cases among them.According to pretherapy,4weeks and8weeks’treatment both makes the symptom scores statistically significant difference; Two groups of patients after treatment was significant difference(P<0.05);there was no significant difference after8-week treatment(P>0.05);As to the Kupperman index, in the observation group,a total of51cases of effective,2cases noeffective, and the rate of total effective is96.2%;in the control group,there were39cases effective,8cases noeffective and the total effective rate is83.0%,the total effective rate of two groups makes statistically significant difference(P<0.05);As to the HAMD and HAMA, there is statistically difference in alleviate the symptoms of anxiety and expression;Two groups of patients after8-week follow-up conservation the remission rate there were statistically difference in PSQI;however,as to the female sex hormone,there was no statistically difference.Conclusion:Qi Zhen drug granules treatment for menopausal syndrome is safe and efficient, and curative effect is better than the control group in a short time; Qi Zhen drug granules operate quickly in relieving symptom of menopausal syndrome; Qi Zhen drug granules may relieve anxiety and expression and improve patients’sleep state;Qi Zhen drug granules makes no improvement in female sex hormone;the depreesion state is closely related to the severity of menopausal syndrome; Qi Zhen drug granules is effective in the treatment of menopausal syndrome.
