Objective:To explore the effects of Wenyangzhenshuai granules on cardiac structure and function, matrix metalloproteinases and apoptosis of the rabbit model with chronic congestive heart failure.Methods:The43rabbits were randomly divided into the following six groups:normal control group, CHF model group, the low-dose of Wenyangzhenshuai granules group, the middle-dose of Wenyangzhenshuai granules group, the high-dose of Wenyangzhenshuai granules group, enalapril group, each group have6rabbits. In addition to the normal control group, the model for the rest of the establishment of CHF30rabbits by ear vein injection of doxorubicin approach. Modeling to the first eight weeks, and start on the first five weeks, the rabbits in each treatment group were given-low doses of yang and vibration decay particle soup liquid, yang vibration decay particles dose soup liquid, yang vibration decay particles of high-dose liquid soup enalapril lysate gavage, the normal control group and model group with the same amount of CHF distilled water, once a day for4weeks. When compared to the end of each experimental group of cardiac function and structure, MMP-2, MMP-9and apoptosis positive surface density ratio.Results:1. After the experiment, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular short axis shortening rate (LVFS), compared with other groups, the CHF model group is minimum and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).2. After the experiment, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD), compared with other groups, the CHF model group is the thickest and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).3. After the experiment, MMP-2, MMP-9comparison between each group, the highest is CHF model group, compared with other groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), explored the high dose group compared with enalaprilat group, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).4. After the experiment, the apoptotic cells positive surface density ratio, the highest is CHF model group, compared with enalaprilat, explored the high dose group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:WenyangzhenShuai granules have a good therapeutic effect on chronic heart failure. It can improve the cardiac function of chronic heart failure caused by adriamycin rabbit, inhibiting cell apoptosis, and ventricular remodeling. Its mechanism may be related to reduce serum concentrations of MMP-2and MMP-9, and explored the effect of high dose group. |
