Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi huoxue Decoction on the hidden blood loss after total knee arthroplasty, postoperative analysis of Yiqi huoxue Decoction to the reduction of total knee replacement (TKA) clinical curative effect and security of the hidden blood loss.Methods:Totally63cases with unilateral knee osteoarthritis patients with total knee arthroplasty, divided into two groups according to random arrangement table method, One is experimental group and another is control group. Giving control group conventional anti-infective therapies and anticoagulants basic therapies after surgery. Giving experimental group conventional anti-infective therapies and anticoagulant basic therapies and Yiqihuoxue Decoction after surgery. During the perioperative period, all patients in these two groups do the routine preoperative examination and guidance. Make the observation and recordation of the coagulation five examinations, routine blood test and the arteries and veins’color Doppler ultrasound examination of the pair of lower limbs. According to the linear equations to calculate the hidden blood loss. Use statistical software Spssl7.0to analyze the all data.Results:All cases in these two groups have the comparability because the differences of patients’ gender, age, weight, location, preoperative hemoglobin quality, preoperative coagulation five have no statistically significant (P>0.05). The blood loss volume of these two groups has no significant difference so there is no statistical significance. The postoperative drainage volume after surgery, coagulation five and hidden blood loss of experimental group is significantly less than control group so there is statistical significance (P<0.05). According to the statistical analysis, the liver and kidney function tests have no significant difference so there is no statistical significance. During the observation period, all patients don’t occur pulmonary embolism, death and adverse reactions.Conclusion:Yiqihuoxue decoction can significantly reduce the drainage volume and hidden blood loss after the total knee arthroplasty (TKA). It can also reduce the volume of postoperative blood transfusion, correct the coagulation five index and the risk of postoperative blood transfusion.
