| Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of the addition and subtraction of Guishen Wan for the treatment of premature ovarian failure, to provide an effective recipe and a valid method for the treatment of ovarian failure.Methods:Adopting the research method of before and after, the26cases must be meet the standard for diagnosis of premature ovarian failure. The26cases were trested with the addition and subtraction of Guishen Wan for three months. Then obseve the changes of the index of related effects and the clinical symptoms of product before and after treatment.Results:1.Effect of Adjustable week. clinical cure3cases, markedly effective in5cases, effective in3cases,the significant and cure rate was30.77%,the total effective rate was42.31%. Treatment of before and after the menstrual cycle integral showed no significant difference, the difference was not statistically significant.(p>0.05)2. Effect of syndrome of TCM. clinical cure1cases, markedly effective in5cases, effective in12cases,the significant and cure rate was23.08%,the total effective rate was69.23%. Treatment of before and after the TCM syndrome integral showed significant difference, the difference was statistically significant.(p<0.05)3. Effect of the physicochemical index. clinical cure2cases, markedly effective in2cases, effective in9cases, the significant and cure rate was15.38%, the total effective rate was50%. Treatment of before and after FSH, E2showed significant difference, the difference was statistically significant.(p<0.05)Conclusions:The addition and subtraction of Guishen Wan, can improve the syndrome of TCM of patients with premature ovarian failure, for example, lumbar genu aching and limp, hot flashes, sweating, insomnia, forgetful, dizziness and tinnitus, vaginal dryness, irritable or depression and other clinical symptoms, FSH, E2levels after treatment can be improved, but the curative effect of the menstrual cycle and menstrual quantity not exactly. |
