Purpose: observe the impact of ZhenzhuShecao capsule on chronic atrophicgastritis in patients with gastric mucosa in the respect of pathological histology, Hpvalues, pepsin and serum gastrin-17in order to explore its therapeutic mechanismand give guidance in clinical application.Methodology: Divide90patients diagnosed as CAG with intestinal metaplasiaor atypical hyperplasia, HP positive and syndrome of qi deficiency blood stasis in totreatment group, positive control group and blank control group in the ratio of1:1:1.Treatment group are given Hp eradication therapy and ZhenzhuShecao capsule,3pills each time,3times a day; Positive control group are given Hp eradicationtherapy andWeiFunChun tablet,4pieces each time,3times a day, two groups areserved30minutes before meal;blank control group are only given Hp eradicationtherapy. All patients are given Hp eradication therapy(Esomeprazole MagnesiumEnteric-coated Tablets, Amoxicillin Capsule, Clarithromycin Sustained ReleaseTablets, Furazolidone Tablets)for10-days, and the32-days-later checked HPnegative patients go to the test, the HP positive are knocked out; Measure thepepsin and serum gastrin-17of the remain patients. After all patients take drugscontinuously18weeks, check and compare the gastroscope, pathology, PGⅠ,PGⅡ,PGR,G-17of the three groups.Results:1. The total effective rates of Hp eradication rate of treatment group, positivegroup and blank group were96.67,93.33,93.33,and there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).2. The gastroscope curative rates of treatment group, the positive group andblank group after treatment were86.2%,71.4%and50%respectively, treatmentgroup is better than that of blank control group (P <0.01), while there was nostatistically significant difference with positive control group (P>0.05).3. The total effective rates of pathology (atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, atypicalhyperplasia)treatment efficacy of treatment group, the positive group and blankgroup after were86.2%,64.3%,42.9%and82.1,76.0%,59.3%and68.4%,55.0%,29.4%respectively, under valid comparison difference statisticallysignificance (P <0.05), and treatment group is better than that of blank group (P <0.01), while there was no statistically significant difference with positive group (P>0.05).4. There was no statistically significant difference among the three groups aftertreatment between PGⅡ and PGR (P>0.05); PGⅠ: treatment group and positivegroup better than blank group (P<0.05), while the former two factors differences hadno statistical significance (P>0.05); G-17: treatment group was better than twocomparison group (P <0.05).5. The before and after treatment comparison of three groups of theserological indexes. PG Ⅰ and G-17: treatment group and positive group aftertreatment were higher than before treatment (P <0.05) and blank group before andafter treatment had no statistically significant difference (P <0.05); PGⅡand PGR:no statistically significant difference were observed in the three groups before andafter treatment (P>0.05).Conclusions:1. It’s still undetermined in the respect of ZhenzhuShecao capsule on the eradication of HP is superior to the WeiFunChun tablet.2. ZhenzhuShecao capsule can significantly reduce the CAG patients withgastric mucosa inflammation, and reduce or eliminate atrophy, intestinal metaplasiaand atypical hyperplasia in a certain degree, also the gastroscope pathologicalefficacy is as good as the WeiFunChun tablet.3. ZhenzhuShecao capsule is better than the WeiFunChun tablet in the respectof promoting the secretion of G-17, and the curative effect of the improved clinicalsymptoms may be due to the elevation of PGⅠand G-17level.
