A, B,C,D,E,a,b,c,d,e ten group (model group to uppercase letters,control group to lowercase letters),6rats in each group, normal feeding.High-frequency surgery for20W power condensate1s,Taking each point bile duct to do the HE dyeing and CTGF immunohistochemical stains and carries on the observation and analysis.Results:By using two sample mean t test,analysis of modeling group blood sugar levels before and after comparison:male and female in the two groups before and after the drug had significant difference in blood sugar levels (P<0.05),so ALX has significant effects on diabetic rabbit blood glucose concentration change.Analysis of male and female in the two groups respectively forthe comparison of blood sugar levels before giving the medicine and after the treatment:male and female two groups before delivery has no obvious difference in blood sugar levels(P>0.05),there are significant differences in blood sugar levels after the treatment (P<0.05),so ALX is larger than the effect on female rats blood glucose effects on male rabbit. Pathological changes of bile duct wall structure,1d group visible electric injury of bile duct wall tissue large gasification necrosis;gasification area wall structure damage,accompanied by a small amount of neutrophils and inflammatory cells infiltration;3d group visible electric injury of inflammatory necrosis,visible around the necrotic inflammatory granulation tissue and fibroblast proliferation,associated with inflammatory cells infiltration;the change characteristicsof bile duct electric injury for the5d are basically with the same as3d group, Accompanied by a fibrous tissue cell hyperplasia,bile duct wall thickening of the3d,In mononuclear cells and inflammatory cells infiltration;7d group electric coagulation necrosis changes in bile duct epithelial cells,accompanied by connective tissue hyperplasia,give priority with lymphocytes and plasma cells infiltration,the wall is thickening.The control group of the damage range of the average (4.05±0.38) mm. modeling group of the damage range of the average (4.03±0.37) mm.Analysis of variance for repeated measurement data,Between the main body effect of inspection findings:modeling group and control group there was no significant difference to the influence of CTGF significance (P=0.312).Mauchly spherical test statistics W=0.012 (p=0.000),So refused to spherical,the univariate analysis to needs epsilon correction.Within the body effect of inspection found that:significant difference between different time group (p<0.01),But the different time and modeling group and control group without interaction (p>0.05).After pairing comparison found:except to the5d and7d group had no significant difference in outside (P=0.055,P=0.055),the rest of the differences between groups in different time had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The rabbit ear margin vein intravenous injection of alloxan induced New Zealand white rabbit effectively form of type1diabetes,female than male rabbit rabbit is more suitable for type1diabetes induced by alloxan model was constructed.
