Research On The Clinical Applications Of The Ultrasonic-guided Lauromacrogol Injection In The Treatment Of Ovarian Endometriosis Cysts

Objective Based on ultrasonic-guided lauromacrogol sclerotherapy on ovarianendometriosis cysts (OEC), we studyed the changes of serum cancer antigen125(Ca125),carbohydrate antigen199(Ca199), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), antral follicle count(AFC) and hemodynamic ovary(RI), and then analysed the clinical application value oflauromacrogol therapy.Methods Patients were selected from outpatient or inpatient with OEC.43OECs in41patients were divided into the mild group (12OECs in12patients) and the severe group(31OECs in29patients), according to serum concentrations of Ca125and Ca199.Theultrasonic-guided lauromacrogol therapy was performed. Ca125、Ca199、FSH and AFCwere checked6months before or after the operation. Meanwhile, the effective rate, thesignificant rate and the cure rate were recorded.Results41cases of43OEC were once successfully punctured. The patients had noobvious discomfort. After six months, the recheck showed that43OEC were narrowed2/3or more. The cure rate was93%; Six months after the lauromacrogol therapy, the mildgroup showed0effective case,1significant case and11cure cases, while the severe groupshowed0effective case,3significant cases and28cure cases. Compared the efficacybetween mild group and the severe group, there was no significant difference （Z=－0.135，P＞0.05).Before treatment and6months later, the testing indexes showed that theserum Ca125differences before or after treatment were statistically significant (P＜0.01);the hemodynamics index RI in the disease side had statistically significant difference (P＜0.05); there were no significant difference on FSH, AFC, Ca199before or after treatment.Conclusion The treatment of ovarian endometriosis cysts has fewer adversereaction and better cure rate in the mild group than in the severe group. Ca125can bereduced effectively. However, after the lauromacrogol sclerotherapy, patients’ hemodynamics index RI in the disease side has statistical significance. Therefore, it isrecommended to ensure the efficacy but to minimize the amount of lauromacrogol. Womenwith fertility requirements should be cautious to choose it.
