| Objective:This study used a randomized controlled experimental methods, and by observation of60cases of snakebite treatment polyphylla tincture limb swelling in patients with clinical treatment, provide evidence for clinical practice and explore polyphylla tincture treat snakebite swelling mechanism.Methods:(1) Met the inclusion criteria of60subjects who hospitalized in the People’s Hospital of Fujian Medical University Affiliated viper snakebite treatment center patient bites cause limb swelling from March2013to December2013randomly divided into control group, treatment group60cases.Control group30cases.Control group used conventional systems snakebite treatment programs.Treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy, plus polyphylla tincture treated limb swelling.Treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy, to be topical tincture polyphylla. Two groups of patients were measured the degree of swelling of the limbs,record swelling time,And check before treatment,and after the first three days of treatment, the first7days after treatment to detect blood pumping serotonin, histamine levels, comparing two groups of patients swelling subsided time course.(2) Completed case studies of a total of60cases, two groups of patients before treatment for gender, age, body swelling, treatment time, the condition grading, injury viper species, before serum histamine, serotonin comparison, no statistically significant differences, comparable.The results:(1) The degree of swelling of the limbs:Comparison of the two groups before treatment and after treatment in the group, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05), showed after treatment than before treatment before swelling subsided. Treatment group and control group3days and7days after treatment were compared between groups, the differences were statistically significant (p<0.05), indicating the treatment group improved limb swelling degree is better than the control group.(2) Swelling Time:swelling time to compare the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05), treatment group, the average time for the swelling subsided7.16±1.53days in the control group, the average time for the swelling subsided8.33±1.60days. The treatment group compared with the control group, the swelling subsided time advantage.(3)5-contrast serum serotonin levels:serum serotonin levels before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05), and serotonin levels were decreased. The first three days, the first seven days between the two groups of serum serotonin levels after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05), and serum levels of serotonin treatment group than in the control group during the same period. Description After treatment, serum serotonin levels drop extent than the control group.(4) Comparison of serum histamine levels:serum histamine levels before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05), and histamine levels were decreased. The first three days after treatment, the first seven days the serum histamine contrast, statistically significant differences (p<0.05), and serum histamine treatment group were lower than the same period of the control group. Description After treatment, serum serotonin levels drop extent than the control group.(5) Adverse reactions:Treatment and control groups were not found in the course of medication significant adverse reactions.Conclusion:(1)In this study, through clinical observation of treatment of snakebite tincture polyphylla limb swelling, and demonstrate the effectiveness polyphylla tincture from both clinical and laboratory parameters.(2)The study subjects did not appear significant adverse symptoms and signs, indicating that the treatment of snakebites Aescin a flower tincture obvious side effects, with security, so in clinical worthy of promotion. But also prompt us polyphylla tincture promote swelling subsided, its intrinsic mechanism may in its5-patients can reduce serum serotonin and histamine levels. |
