Comparative Analysis Between Ischemic Colitis And Ulcerative Colitis

Objective Comparative analysis the differences of clinical and Histopathologic features and so on between ischemic colitis and ulcerative colitis,which can provide the basis for the diagnosis and helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Collection of ischemic colitis patients(20cases)and ulcerative colitis patients(30cases) from2010.1to2013.12in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, contrast and statistical analysis of two groups in sex, age, course of disease, disease history, clinical manifestation, colonoscopy findings, pathological feature and Imaging.Results There were statistical differences in terms of age, course of disease and underlying diseases between the two groups(P<0.05). IC was more frequently seen in old people with cardiovascular diseases, and with short course of disease(14/20,70%), UC was more frequently seen in young peoplewith long course of disease. In clinical performance, IC will be more frequently seen blood group, while UC group bloody mucus, tenesmus was more than IC, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In laboratory tests, IC CRP levels (30.54±11.12) ng/ml higher than UC(7.65±2.54)ng/ml, and the IC PLT levels(170.5±50.2)×109/L lower than UC(310.8±86.4)×109/L, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). IC endoscopic lesions were longitudinal, clear boundaries and the proportion of non-continuity higher than UC, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Pathology presented as the proportion of adenomatous polyps, pouchitis and crypt abscess lower than UC, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions In clinically IC long course, the solution will be blood, UC short course, bloody mucus-based,Endoscopic, IC lesions were confined to the vertical line, the boundary clear, non-continuous, UC lesions extensive, easily involving rectal ulcer was map-like, Pathology UC compared with IC may have adenomatous hyperplasia, crypt inflammation and abscesses, as the main distinguishing points between the IC and UC.
