Objective:To study the influence of different blood transfusion volume on postoperative blood coagulation function parameters, postoperative PLT count and drainage volume of wound in patients undergoing spinal surgery.Methods:37cases of ASA class â… -â…¡ spinal surgery patients were divided into four groups by different blood transfusion volume, A(unused blood transfusion,n=10),group B (blood transfusion volume of250ml,n=9), groups C(blood transfusion volume of500ml,n=10), and groups D (transfusion volume of750ml,n=8). The changes of coagulation function parameters, postoperative PLT count and drainage volume of wound were contrasted before and after the blood transfusion.T test for the difference mean of matching design data were used as the statistical method and there was a "statistical" diferent when P was less than0.05.Results:A, C, D groups of patients postoperative is longer than preoperative in ACT value, group B patients postoperative is shorter than the preoperative, the ACT extended value was statistically significant of group D patients;APTT values of A, C, D groups of patients postoperative extended compared with preoperative, group B patients postoperative is shorter than the preoperative, the APTT extended value was statistically significant of group D patients;PT values of A, B, C, D group of patients postoperative extended compared with preoperative, are meaningless in statistics; A and C groups of patients postoperative shorter than preoperative in the TT value, B and D groups of patients compared with preoperative, postoperative had no statistical significance.Group D patients postoperative PLT count were significantly reduced copare with A, B, C groups, the drainage amount of group D patients were significantly increased than A, B, C groups. The coagulation function parameters for ACTã€TT difference value and postoperative drainage volume had no statistical difference between each groups. the coagulation function parameters APTT difference value were statistically significant difference between Aand B, B and C, B and D,C and D groups(P<0.05),and were no statistical difference between AandC,AandD groups(P>0.05).The Aã€Bã€C groups were statistically significant difference of the coagulation function parameters PT difference value compared with D group(P<0.05), and between Aã€Bã€C groups were no statistical difference (P>0.05). PLT count were statistically significant difference between D and A group(P<0.05),and the other groups were no statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:autologous blood transfusion volume<500ml has no impact on the patient’s blood coagulation function parameters, postoperative PLT count and drainage volume of wound. Autologous blood transfusion is a kind of safe and reliable blood conservation technology can save blood significantly and reduce complication of the allogeneic blood transfusion. When the blood transfusion volume>750ml have an effect on patient’s blood coagulation function parameters, postoperative PLT and drainage volume of wound, need clinical doctor intervene timely to ensure the safety of the patients. |
