Objective:On the basis of "Based on PGC-1α, PPAR α regulation of Tanggankang on diabeticfatty liver rat liver function studies", We further explore the clinical effect and themechanism of invigorating the spleen and regulating the liver, activating and detoxifyingmethod in the treatment of T2DM of non alcoholic fatty liver.Method:1.clinical study: A total of142cases of T2DM patients with non alcoholic fatty liver wererandomly divided into two groups, on the basis of basic treatment, the treatment grouptaking Tanggankang, control group was given reduced glutathione. After the treatment for8weeks, observed before and after treatment of symptoms and signs and abnormal changesof index, and compared.2. experimental study: The diabetic model rats50were randomly divided into5groups:model group, Tanggankang small, medium, large dose group and Hugan-ning group.Model group were given saline10ml/kg, Tanggankang group fed Tanggankang decoction(concentration1g/ml,2g/ml and4g/ml); Huganning group received Huganning suspension0.04g/ml gavage. Dosing volume10ml/kg,1times a day, and given high-fat diet. Another10normal rats ordinary diet control. After12weeks,observation the expression changes ofblood glucose, blood lipid,liver function and PGC-1α, PPAR α of liver.Result:1.Clinical Research: Tanggankang can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms andsigns and abnormal physical and chemical indicators, more effective than Western medicine.2.Experimental Study: Tanggankang has significant hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering,reduce the liver index, improve liver function; also can regulate liver PGC-1α, PPAR αexpression, play a role in improving insulin sensitivity, improve glucose and lipidmetabolis.Conclusion:Tanggankang which was based mainly on invigorating the spleen and kidney,detoxification and vigoration of blood circulation can effectively control T2DM ofnonalcoholic fatty liver disease in clinic, its mechanism may be related to the improvementof glucose and lipid metabolism, improve insulin sensitivity and so on, and deservesfurther research.
