Clinical Research On Flavored HUANGQI-GUIZHI-WUWU Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective: to observe the flavored huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction on diabeticperipheral neuropathy syndrome belonging to deficiency and blood stasis resistance of sunbe the spirit of the patient’s clinical curative effect.Methods:60cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy card belonging to deficiency andblood stasis resistance of sun be the spirit of patients, randomly divided into two groups.Experimental group on the basis of foundation treatment to add flavor to huangqi guizhiwuwu decoction, the control group on the basis of foundation treatment to "insurable,observe two groups before and after treatment in patients with the change of clinicalsymptoms and signs, and two groups of patients with fasting plasma glucose (FPG), bloodsugar2hours after meal (2HPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), tibial nerveconduction velocity, the change of blood lipid.Results: through clinical observation, treatment group total effective rate was93.33%,control group total effective rate was76.67%, the experimental group in the clinicalcurative effect is better than that in control group (P <0.05); Treatment group in improvingthe patient’s symptoms and signs is better than that in control group (P <0.05); Group ofpatients with lower FPG,2HPG, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c) isbetter than that in control group (P <0.05); Experimental group and control group inimproving nerve conduction velocity, reduce the elevated triglycerides, high-densitylipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c), lower glycosylated hemoglobin aspects have curative effect,no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: Chinese medicine flavored huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction in improvingdiabetes peripheral neuropathy deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patients with highinternal resistance of sun be the spirit of patients with clinical symptoms and signs, to reduce the fasting blood glucose, blood sugar2hours after meal, improve nerveconduction velocity and so on has better clinical curative effect, good safety.
