The Expression Of Neuritin In Gastric Cancer

Objective: Research the expression of Neuritin in gastric cancer. Detect the levels ofNeuritin expresses in gastric cancer、gastric cancer organization border area and normaltissues near the cancer of the stomach.Analysis the relationship between the expression ofNeuritin in gastric cancer and clinic pathological parameters.Discuss the relationship betweenthe expression of Neuritin with the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.Methods: Collecte58surgical specimens of gastric cancer from2010to2013in the firstaffiliated hospital of Shihezi University, Immunohistochemistry was used to examine theexpression of Neuritin in gastric cancer and normal tissues near the cancer of thestomach.Combining the Immunohistochemistry experimental results with the clinical data ofthe58patients, Analysis the relationship between the expression of Neuritin in gastric cancerand; Collecte20surgical specimens of gastric cancer from2012to2013in the first affiliatedhospital of Shihezi University. Collecte gastric cancer tissues、gastric cancer organizationborder area and normal tissues near the cancer of the stomach from the20surgicalspecimens.Western blot was used to examine the expression of Neuritin in these tissues.Results: Immunohistochemical staining showed that Neuritin was moderately or highlyexpressed in96.55%(56/58) of gastric cancer, and Neuritin was moderately or highlyexpressed in94.83%(55/58) of normal tissues near the cancer. There was no statisticallysignificantly difference between two groups（P>0.05）,Neuritin was highly expressed in82.76%(48/58) of gastric cancer, and Neuritin was highly expressed in15.52%(9/58) ofnormal tissues near the cancer. Differences between the two groups have statisticallysignificantly（P<0.05）. Western blot showed that the difference of Neuritin expression wassignificant between gastric cancer tissues、gastric cancer organization border area and normaltissues near the cancer of the stomach（P<0.05）. There are no significant difference betweengastric cancer tissues and gastric cancer organization border area(P>0.05). There are nosignificant difference between gastric cancer organization border area and normal tissues nearthe cancer of the stomach (P>0.05). There are significant difference between gastric cancertissues and normal tissues near the cancer of the stomach （P<0.05）. Expression of Neuritinwas not correlated with gender, age, clinical stage, infiltration depth，lymph node metastasis,differentiated degree， the pathologic type or distant metastasis (P>0.05). conclusion:The Neuritin expression level between gastric cancer and normal tissues near the cancer existdifferences. There is overexpression of neuritin in gastric cancer.
