| Object: To observe the function relationship among the variability of blood pressure, blood pressurecircadian rhythm with microalbuminuria (MAU) and vascular endothelial cell.Method: In hospital treatment of50cases of hypertension patients (EH group),50patients with highblood pressure and diabetes (EH+DM group), control group50cases without history of hypertension anddiabetes, hypertension patients were observed24hours ambulatory blood pressure, All entrants weredetected MAU and serum NO, ET-1levels.Results:(1) Compared with EH group, the blood pressure variability (BPV) increased, the non-dipperand MAU (+)detection rate increased in EH+DM group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).(2) Compared with the SBPV normal patients, patients with SBPV increased MAU(+) detection rateincreaed,, the difference was statistically significant(2=8.867,P=0.003).(3) Compared with the dipperblood pressure patients, patients with non dipper blood pressure MAU(+) detection rate increaed, thedifference was statistically significant (2=9.260,P=0.002).(4)Serum NO content, EH+DM group <EH group <the control group(P <0.01); ET-1content, EH+DM group> EH group> the control group(P <0.01).Three groups were compared NO, ET-1difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).(5) In EHand EH+DM group, SBPV was positively correlated with ET-1content(r=0.506,P<0.01)and negativelywith NO content (r=-0.438,P <0.05).Conclusion: Hypertension with diabetes proned to MAU (+), and increased blood pressure variability andvascular endothelial dysfunction, three on the pathophysiology, there may be certain interactions. |
