Objective: To analyze the value and compare the difference of serumnitric oxide synthase’s (NOS) activity level for hypertension patients(EH) and each normalgroup of Kazakh、Uygur and Han nationality in Xinjiang.Method:145、112、152of EH and74、70、78of control group were chosen randomly fromKazakh、Uygur and Han in Xinjiang.The activity of serum NOS was then measured by meansof chemical chromatometry. The data were statistically analyzed using the SPSS software17.0. The results of the measurement data were presented as mean±standard deviation (x±s). Homogeneity of variance for normal distribution variables take t-test was used forcomparison between two groups,The comparison of multiple sets of quantitative data usinganalysis of variance, the measurement data of Non-normally distributed variables Wilcoxontest was used after logarithmic transformation. To P <0.05was considered statisticallysignificant.Results: Kazakh、Uygur and Han nationality, EH group of BMI, TC, TG, GLU levels higherthan the control group,The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05);Kazakh、Uygur and Han nationality, comparison between the EH groups:Uygur、Kazakh、Han threegroups of BMI in turn down, Statistically significant difference between the three groups,F=6.274,P=0.002; Kazakh、Uygur、Han three groups of TC in turn down, Statisticallysignificant difference between the three groups F=19.660,P=0.000;Uygur、Han、Kazakhthree groups of TG in turn down, Statistically significant difference between the threegroups,。F=7.814,P=0.000;Uygur、Han、Kazakh three groups of GLU in turn down,Statistically significant difference between the three groups,F=31.327,P=0.000;Kazakh、Uygur and Han nationality, comparison between the control groups: Uygur、Kazakh、Hanthree groups of BMI in turn down, Statistically significant difference between the threegroups,F=7.157,P=0.001;Kazakh、Uygur、Han three groups of TC in turn down, But therewas no statistically significant difference between the three groups,F=0.593,P=0.554;Han、Uygur、Kazakh three groups of TG in turn down, But there was no statistically significantdifference between the three groups,F=0.838,P=0.434;Uygur、Kazakh、Han three groupsof GLU in turn down, Statistically significant difference between the three groups,F=3.876,P=0.022;Bioactivity of NOS in EH patients significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01) in each nationality. Uygur、Han、Kazakh EH group three level decreasing serumNOS activity,The differences of serum NOS activity have a statistically significant (F=21..012, P=0.000);Uygur、Han、Kazakh control group serum NOS activity level decreasing,Statistically significant differences between groups, F=6.730,P=0.001;Serum NOS activitylevel in the three national of EH group were negative correlation with SBP, DBP (P <0.05);there is no significant correlation between serum NOS activity level and age, BMI, TG, TC,GLU(P>0.05) in EH group of the three people.Conclusion:1. Kazakh、Uygur and Han nationality hypertension patients with dyslipidemiatypes have their own characteristics, Reminder that blood lipid levels and types ofdyslipidemia may affect blood pressure levels.2. Patients with hypertension and the control group of Kazakh、Uygur and Han ethnic were differences between fasting blood glucoselevels, Prompt higher fasting blood glucose level may be a risk factor for hypertension.3.Kazakh、Uygur and Han nationality hypertension patients’ serum NOS activity levels aresignificantly reduce than their respective control group, Indicates that the level of the activityof NOS in the occurrence of hypertension development have played a role.4. Kazakh、Uygurand Han nationalities serum NOS activity level there is statistical difference between patientswith high blood pressure. Uygur、Han、Kazakh reduce in turn. Consistent with three nationalhypertension prevalence rate. Suggest that reduce the level of serum NOS activity may be arisk factor for hypertension. The serum NOS activity level statistical differences between thecontrol group of the three nationalities. Uygur、Han、Kazakh reduce in turn, Tip the level ofserum NOS activity may be associated with genetic factors and life diet.
