| Objective:This issue is by way of clinical observation study, theuse of the famous old Chinese medicine experts ProfessorGuo Wen qin classic prescription Huang Jin qing white soupto treat, medicine for the diagnosis of heart palpitationsdialectical cross-resistance type Phlegm frequent prematureventricular contractions, observed Huang Jin qing whitesoup on efficacy and affect the patient’s ventricularpremature beats, as part of traditional Chinese medicinetreatment clearly Huang Jin qing white soup palpitations,phlegm and blood hindered the effectiveness of prematureventricular contractions for the purpose of providing aneffective, safe and reliable treatment method for thetreatment of premature ventricular contractions prescription.Method:Survey January2013December2013Nan gang Branchof Heilongjiang Province Pharmaceutical Sciences IIoutpatient and inpatient cardiac patients, according to thestrict inclusion criteria for the study selected60cases, inaccordance with the principles of control, will be dividedinto treatment group and control group two in each group of30cases. Huang Jin qing white soup therapy treatment group,the control group received conventional treatment mexiletinefrequent premature ventricular contractions, a course ofJanuary, the general symptoms observed in patients beforeand after treatment, the main improvement of symptoms,ECG changes and on drug safety evaluation, and forstatistical analysis, comparing its efficacy. Results:1.Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups:the treatment group30cases, the total effective rate was43.30%efficacy, the total effective rate was93.33%;30cases in the control group, the total effective rate was33.33%efficacy, the total effective rate was80.00%. Thestatistics, there was a significant difference (P <0.01) of twogroups, the total effect of the treatment group than thecontrol group.2. By comparing the number of premature Holtertreatment group and control group changes, there was asignificant difference (P <0.05) compared between the twogroups, the treatment group than the control group.3.through the observation of safety indicators, andfound the treatment group and the control group were notunusual, adverse reactions did not occur, indicating that thechoice of the safety and reliability of their treatment.Conclusion:Huang Jin qing white soup is not only safe andeffective treatment is a Chinese palpitations phlegm andcross-resistance type premature ventricular contractions, butalso significantly improve the clinical symptoms ofpremature ventricular contractions, premature ventricularcontractions belonging to verify the medicine palpitations,phlegm and cross-resistance applications Huang Jin qingwhite soup correctness of governance, is worthy of furtheruse and promotion. |
