Preparation Technique And Quality Standard Research Of Tiangou Jiangya Anshen Capsule

Objective:To preparate and evaluate the Traditional Chinese Medicine namedTiangou Jiangya Anshen Capsule used to cure insomnia induced by hypertension, and then,study on its preparation process，quality standard.Method: The extraction、concentration、drying and forming process were optimized bysingle factor test and orthogonal test and have gastrodin, pachymaran, jujuboside A, forauxiliary indexes, to determine the preparation process;With thin layer chromatography(TLC) each other to medicine by TLC, and the HPLC analytical method has been develpedfor the assay of the above ingredients, formulating optimal quality standards.Result: The optimal preparation process is:take Gastrodia Elata, Eucommia Ulmoides,Viscum Album and Semen Ziziphi Spinosae and add8times the amount of water boilingfor3times,every time an hour, filtrated, merged with each other, concentrated to therelative density for1.10~1.15(60℃), with75%ethanol contained, refrigerated stand for12hours(2～10℃), filtrated, concentrated under vacuum to the relative density for1.25～1.30(60℃), drying under reduced pressure, spare; Poria Cocos shattered into the finepowder, add water boiling for3times, every time an hour, first time for8times the totalamount water boiling for1hour, the last two times add6times the total amount waterboiling for half an hour, filtrated, merged with each other, concentrated to the relative density for1.25～1.30(60℃), drying under reduced pressure, spare; UncariaRhynchophylla shattered into the thick powder,70%ethanol heating backflow with6timesquantity1.5hour each time for3times, merged with each other, filtrated, concentratedunder vacuum to the relative density for1.02～1.05(60℃), adjust the pH of filtration to6.0~7.0with10%NaOH,and concentrated under vacuum to the relative density for1.08～1.10(60℃) continuely, the pH of filtration to9.0~10.0with10%NaOH, add NaCl, churnup to dissolve, refrigerated stand for24hours(2～10℃), filtration, sedimentation washedto nearly neutral, drying under reduced pressure, spare; The powder was added to the totalmount of350g making capsules.
