ObJective: By observing the effect of XingnaoJing InJection onmesentericmicrocirculation of rabbits with endotoxin shock, and its clinical efficacy in patients withshockmicrocirculation of endotoxin and inflammatory factors, interkeukin-8(IL-8)tumornecrosis factor(TNF-α) analysis of XingnaoJing inJection of anti shock,anti-inflammatory effects, and provide experimental evidence and theoretical basis for theclinical application, provide a new treatment for endotoxin shock, in order to reduce theendotoxin shock mortality.Methods: Intravenous inJection of endotoxin was established by using rabbit earmodel experimental study were randomly divided into control group, endotoxin,XingnaoJing in test group, and normal control group three groups. Theexperimental datawere compared, to observe the effects of XingnaoJing InJection on mesentericmicrocirculation inNew Zealand white rabbits score and inflammatory cytokinesinterkeukin-8(IL-8) tumornecrosis factor(TNF-α). Clinical study of50cases of endotoxinmicrocirculation disorder were randomly divided into control group and XingnaoJinginJection group, XingnaoJing group in conventional treatment combined with XingnaoJinginJection, the control group with conventional treatment, treatment for7d, to observe theclinical efficacy of two groups of patients, the change of TCM syndrome integral,microcirculation function score, inflammatory factor interkeukin-8(IL-8) before and afterthe treatment, tumornecrosis factor(TNF-α.)Results:The animal experiment showed that mesentericmicrocirculation functionXingnaoJing inJection can improvethe score in rabbits with endotoxin shock, reduceinflammatory factorsinterkeukin-8(IL-8) tumornecrosis factor(TNF-α) and model controlgroups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Clinical study shows that clinical curativeeffect is obviously superior to the control group, the treatment group (P <0.05), thetreatment group with TCM syndrome integral, microcirculation function score, serum D- lactate levels were better than the control group, P <two group and0.05patients in thetreatment group; serum EGF increased significantly than that in the control group, P <twogroup0.05.Conclusion:Clinical studies have demonstrated that, the effect of XingnaoJinginJection can improve the microcirculation in endotoxic shock patients, reduceinflammatory factorsinterkeukin-8(IL-8)tumornecrosis factor9TNF-α,) to improve thetherapeutic effect of Sepsis pus has a certain reference value.
