| Objective:To observe clinical effects of the arthroscopic reconstruction of anteriorcruciate ligament (ACL) and posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) by using allograft tendon inthe corresponding period, and discuss some relevant issues. Methods: The cases of this study selected form the orthopedic ward of sports injuriesin the Hospital Affiliated Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,18patients who were diagnosed as II or III-degree anterior cruciate ligament and posteriorcruciate ligament injury by iconography and arthroscopy clinically from October2011toSeptember2013were taken as objects of observation. For all of them, deep-hypothermiaallograft tendon was used to reconstruct anterior and posterior cruciate ligament in thecorresponding period. Evaluation on affected knees in preoperative and postoperativedrawer test, Lachman test and Lysholm as well as results of IKDC grading were recorded.Result: Follow-up visits were given all of18patients and the period of the follow-upvisit was6-14months, with an average period of8months. After operation, their woundhad primary healing and symptoms and positive signs before the operation basicallydisappeared. There was no obvious rejection reaction or serious complication. Besides, stability and range of motion (ROM) of affected keens were normal or approached normaldegree. In detail, in Lachman test, two cases were II-degree positive and others werenegative or I-degree positive; in the drawer test, one case was II-degree positive and otherswere negative or weakly positive, with an average good rate of91.5%. Joint ROM:3casesreaches0°~120°and15cases realizes0°~130°. Before the operation, Lysholm score was(34.8±4)and IKDC score was(35.8±4), while Lysholm score and IKDC score wereimproved to(86.6±3)and(86.9±4)after the operation, respectively. Comparison about Lysholm score and IKDC score before and after the operation are of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Arthroscopic reconstruction of ACL and PCL with allograft tendon hasadvantages in terms of small injuryã€less complications and recover quickly. At the sametime, the short-term curative effect of this way is reliable, the stability and function of theknee can be recovered. The curative effect of this method is good... |
