Clinical Study Of Clearing Heat And Resolving Plegm And Sprit Of CO Governanceprinciples Based On The Treatment Of Premature Beat Pyrophlegmatic Mania

Purpose： To observe the clinical study of patients taking pyrophlegmatic maniabeats the change of electrocardiogram and TCM symptoms, signs and clearing heat andresolving phlegm, evaluation of clinical efficacy and safety of clearing heat and resolvingphlegm and the treatment of premature beat pyrophlegmatic mania.Methods: All of the cases were from2012August to2013August in AffiliatedHospital ofShandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department ofcardiologyoutpatient and hospitalized patients. Patients in the group with randommethod,80cases of standard and case the premature diagnostic criteria were included,according to random number table, randomly divided into the control group of40cases and40cases in the treatment group, the control group were givenBetalocorally, treatment group were given Qingre Huatan Anshen Decoction,4weeks foracourse of treatment, were observed after treatment of the TCM syndrome,24hourdynamic ECG beats quantity, blood biochemical changes of blood routine, andhave no adverse reaction.Result: No statistically significant difference between the treatment group and thecontrolgroup in gender, age, course of disease, illness and so on (P>0.05), with comparable.The treatment group in improving the dynamic ECG beats quantity andimprovesymptoms significantly better than the control group (P<0.05), before and after thetreatment of liver and renal function and three conventional had no abnormal change.Conclusion: Qingre Huatan Anshen Decoction can effectively improve the phlegmfire disturbing heart beats with the symptoms and reduce the number of premature, clinicaldeserves further study and promotion.
