Study On Delivery Regularity Of Navel Therapy Of Irritable And Diarrhea-predominant Bowel Syndrome Of Mast Cells In Rats

Objective:①Through the study of ancient literature on diarrhea of navel therapymedication-related content and statistics,sum up the delivery regularit of navel therapy ofdiarrhea, and provide clinical reference.②To discuss about the relationship between theeffect of navel therapy and mast cells in acupoint and target organ through observing theinfluence of navel therapy to the number of mast cells in Shenque(RN8) and colon of ratswith diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D),and then to explain the effectmechanism of navel therapy of treating IBS-D from the angle of mast cells.Methods:Literature research methods：Taking Chinese Medical Classics as ancientliterature source, diarrhea treated by navel therapy related literature were retrieved. Bystatistics,summary and analysis,the delivery regularity of navel therapy of diarrhea wassummarized.Experimental research methods：①40rats were randomly divided into4groups named the normal group,the control group,the group of navel therapy with moxibustion and drug and the group of drug covering navel therapy.There were10ratsin every group. In addition to the normal group,the other3groups used the method of acetic acid enema and restraint stress to set up the rat model of IBS-D.Afterthe success of the model, the normal group and the control group were only grabbed and fixed as the same as the rest groups but without any treatment;the other groups were respectively treated by navel therapy with moxibustion and drug.10daysafter the start of treatment,these groups were assessed and detected.②We Observedthe symptoms including mental state,fur burnish,diet,weight,AWR,stool frequency,waster water content,fecal character and so on,and then compared the difference amon g these groups.③We Used methods such as modified toluidine blue staining to testthe number of mast cells in Shenque(RN8) and colon of the rats, and then compare the difference among these groups.Results:After analyzing the relative literature of diarrhea using navel therapy,theresults show:①From the view of frequency, the top herbs are Syzygium aromaticum,Moxa，Momordica cochinchinensis,Cinnamon,Musk, Garlic,Juss Pepper.②The mostcommon excipient is Ginger、Scallion.Experimental results on IBS-D model-rats show:①In terms of improvement insymptoms,the group of navel therapy with moxibustion and drug,the group of drugcovering navel therapy are all superior to the control group,and the group of navel therapywith moxibustion and drug is superior to the group of drug covering navel therapy.②Interms of the number of mast cells in Shenque(RN8), the group of navel therapy withmoxibustion and drug,the group of drug covering navel therapy are all higher than thecontrol group,and the group of navel therapy with moxibustion and drug is higher than thegroup of drug covering navel therapy.In terms of the above indicators in colon, the groupof navel therapy with moxibustion and drug,the group of drug covering navel therapy areall lower than the control group,and the group of navel therapy with moxibustion and drugis lower than the group of drug covering navel therapy.⑤The common excipient wereGinger、Scallion and Vinegar.Conclusion:According to statistics,the delivery regularity of navel therapy ondiarrhea are:①Herbs for dispelling internal Cold are most frequently used.②Herbs withthe character of warm and heat are most frequently used.③Herbs with thtaste ofacrid,bitter and sweet are most frequently used,especially herbs with the tastacrid.④Herbsentering spleen meridian and stomach meridian are most frequently used and the secondare herbs entering kidney meridian、lung meridian and liver meridian.Navel therapy can improve the symptoms of the rats with IBS-D, enhance the numberof mast cells in the acupoint,and reduce these indicators in target organ.The advantages ofnavel therapy with moxibustion and drug are more obvious.Mast cells participate the effectof navel therapy of treating IBS-D,mast cells maybe one of the key factors of amplificationof biological information of navel therapy.
