Tangmaitong’s Clinical Interventions To Early Lower-extremity Vascular Disease In Diabetes And The Improvement To The Expression Of HIF-1α And VEGF

Objective:According to the reserch of Tangmaitong，s clinical interventions and theimprovement to the expression of HIF-1α、VEGF to diabetes，Depth study on its efficacyand mechanism.Method:1.Clinical Research:100patients were randomly divided into two groups，the treatment group taking Tangmaitong，control group was given Cilostazol Tablets.Thetwo groups was given the same basic treatment.After six months，with blood glucose，blood lipids，hemorheology，ankle-brachial ratio，intermittent claudication distance，themain effect of TCM symptoms as the main outcome measures，Observe and compare theefficacy.2.Experimental Study:40Diabetic rats were randomly divided into model group，Cilostazol Tablets group，small、high-dose tangmaitong group，ten rats in every group。The model group was given0.9NS，Cilostazol Tablets group was given Cilostazol Tablets，small、high-dose tangmaitong group was given Tangmaitong(2g/ml and4g/ml)，Dose10ml/kg，Once a day，12weeks.And gave the model groups high fat and sugar diet.Takeanother10normal rats as normal control group.Observe their blood sugar，blood lipids，vascular structural changes and the expressions of HIF-1α、VEGF.Result:Clinical Research:①Tangmaitong can significantly improve the patient’ssymptoms、blood glucose、lipid abnormalities、other physical and chemical indicators，more effective than western medicine group.②Tangmaitong can significantly improve thepatient’s intermittent claudication distance，ankle-brachial ratio，better than western medicine group.2.Experimental Study:Tangmaitong can significantly improve bloodsugar，blood lipids，blood vessel structure abnormalities in rats，as well as abnormalexpression of HIF-1α，VEGF mRNA，more effective than the comparison group.Conclusion:Clinical and experimental studies showing that:Tangmaitong which aremade up according the principle of Buqi Huoxue Jiedu Tongluo，and it is safe、effective，gave a effective effect in comprehensive intervention.The mechanism may be related tolower the blood sugar、blood lipids and improving the abnormal expressions of HIF-1α，VEGF mRNA.
