| Objective: To investigate expression of caveolin-3in colon cancer and cantharidinimpact on it. To describe the role of Caveolin-3protein in the pathogenesis of colon cancer, and provide experimental basis for clinical. Methods: In this study, Clinical data analysis found that Caveolin-3is associated withcolon cancer in this experiment. The expression of caveolin-3protein in colon cancer andinhibition effect of cantharidin for Caveolin-3protein were investigated by HE staining, immunohistochemical staining, real-time quantitative PCR. Thus revealing the expressionof Caveolin-3in colon cancer and intervention effect of cantharidin for colon cancer.Results:1. HE staining results have been diagnosed with colon cancer in male and femalepatients.2. Expression of Caveolin-3may be a close relationship with the size, location andstage of colon cancer (P <0.05).3. Protein expression of Caveolin-3is a small number in adjacent tissues, the color isbrown. Expression of Caveolin-3increased in colon cancer cells or tissues (P <0.01).4. mRNA expression of Caveolin-3is a low in adjacent tissues. Gene expression ofCaveolin-3was significantly increased in colon cancer (P <0.01).5. HCT-116cells were cultured after48h, there is a larger number of colon cancercells. And HCT-116cell number reduced as compared with the normal group in givingchemotherapy drugs and cantharidin.6. The gene and protein expression of Caveolin-3reduced significantly inchemotherapy drugs and cantharidin groupsP <0.05.Conclusion:1. Protein expression levels of Caveolin-3increased in colon cancer, and colon cancerhave a more closely linked.2. Cantharidin can kill colon cancer HCT-116cells and inhibit their number. 3. The cantharidin can inhibit the expression of Caveolin-3protein in HCT-116cells. |
