Objective:To observe the effect of different artificial tears in the treatmentof dry eye after cataract phacoemulsification.Methods:This clinical trial involved320cataract patients(320eyes),115eyesof their with dye eye who underwent phacoemulsification and intraocularlens(IOL) implantant in hospital, all of patients (preoperativein terventiongroup) were divided into four groups at random: control group (A1),sodium hyaluronate group (B1), polyacrylic acid group (C1),polyethylene glycol group (D1)ï¼›205case of postoperative dry eye (nointervention group) were randomly divided into: controlgroup (A2), sodium hyaluronate group (B2), polyacrylicacidgroup (C2), polyethylene glycol (D2) group, to compare thepreoperative;postoperative firstweeks, second weeks, third weeks and1months of eye symptoms, corneal fluorescein staining,tear break-uptime (BUT), basal tear secretion (sehimer I). Results:1.According to the statistical analysis showed that preoperativediagnosis of dry eye patients:contrast group and three treatmentgroups was statistically significant, P<0.05, that group of dry eyesymptom recovery slow control, the three medication groups of dry eyesymptomsrecover soon. Comparison between groups, sodiumhyaluronate group postoperative dry eyesymptoms quicker recovery.2.Patients of dry eye after surgery: contrast group and threetreatment groupswas statistically significant, P<0.05, shows that the threedrugs accelerated recovery effect onthe tear film after cataractphacoemulsification. Comparison between groups, dry eyesymptoms disappeared earlier sodium hyaluronate group after operation.Conclusion:1.The preoperative dry eye using different kinds of artificial tearbefore Cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lensimplantation,the symptoms of dry eye quick recovery afteroperation, the sodium hyaluronate group was most obvious.2.The dry eye after operation with different types of artificialtears can effectively improve the symptoms of dry eye, the effect ofsodium hyaluronate composition of artificial tear is better. |
