In the21st century, people’s living standards have markedly been improved. The diet and nutrition have also undergone enormous changed. Respect to the past, people of their health and living environment have been re-understandered, especially the elderly, they pay more attention to health care. Cardiovascular disease is the most common in the elderly. Lots of hospitals now associated equipment size and costs are relatively high, for ordinary people can not be spread to people’s lives.Human Pulse contains huge physiological parameters. So this paper based on the pulse signal design a portable, low costing, easy-to-pulse monitoring equipment.The design of32-bit microcontroller STM32ARM Cortex-M3-based series as the control center is human pulse measurements, using GSM wireless transmission function for remote monitoring. Detection and measurement of a pulse with a set of a hair receiving infrared sensor, by detecting the concentration of the blood collection pulse signal, while the received optical signal into an electrical signal[1], by amplification, filtering, and other front-end processing circuit rectifier pulse signal transmission to the STM32by the timer, the recording pulse rate within one minute the person tested and displays the current data on the LCD screen, the data by key GSM module as a platform to monitor people sent to mobile phones, allowing doctors or guardian more timely and accurate understanding of the monitored person’s physical condition and ready for the next treatment.The PCB board takes a good layout design. At present, this design after a period of probation can be stable and reliable work, high speeding. The error is relatively small to achieve the desired results. It is possible to meet the medical requirements for remote monitoring.
