Objective:Observation and analysis of the distribution of intestinal fistula patients’ colonic flora after using SP, and further analysing the effection of entericus reinfusion on colonic flora.Methods:20intestinal fistula patients and10healthy adults were studied and respectively divided into experimental and control group. In the experimental group, there were4duodenum fistula patients,6small bowel fistula cases and10colonic fistula cases.10non-colic fistula patients received entericus reinfustion treatment. All experimental patients used SP as the only sourse of energy more than3months, and control group cases received normal diet. There are no significant diference in age, gender, nutritional status,etc in all study objects, and excluding diseases which affect intestinal flora except intestinal fistula. All stool species were collected in the early morning. We uesd denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis to show the distribution of the intestinal flora. Similarity analysis and principal component analysis were carried out by sofeware. Besides,Shannon’s diversity index,species richness and Shannon’s evenness index were calculated.Results:From DGGE, we can find that experimental group have less bands comparing with control group. Bacterial distribution of experimental group is more dispersive than control group by UPGMA and PCA analysis.The value of P of Shannon diversity index, richness index and evenness index are0.161ã€0.045and0.396between non-entericus reinfusion group and control group as well as0.001ã€0.001and0.012between entericus reinfusion group and control group.Besides,we find that there is no apparent inflammation and necrosis on the surface of intestinal mucosal cells.However, mitochondrial have slight swelling as well as mitochondria become light.Conclusions:Compared with healthy people,there is different in the intestinal microenvironment, mainly having lower similarity and diversity in intestinal flora.Especially, the different between entericus reinfusion group and control group is more apparent. From this study, we can have a intuitive understanding about intsetinal flora of fistula patients after using SP, and futher illustrate the importance of regulation of intestinal flora. |
