| Purpose:Clear STC whether can lead to mental change.Clear STC whether affect the body’s sex hormone levels and affect moodMethods:40rats (female, male and female) were randomly divided into constipation group, control group20(female and male respectively10); the control group and the control group made land diphenoxylate constipation rat model for comparison observed28days recorded data to determine successful model.Each group of rats every7d record number of bowel movements, stool total weight of rats were observed behavior. End of the experiment, the rats were sacrificed before the rat arterial blood sex hormone (testosterone, T; progesterone, P) was measured by detecting the content; take the distal colon tissue2cm, and weighed.By observing the behavior of rats constipation, evaluation and analysis, the most likely cause which STC or what kinds of psychological change, this spirit is positively correlated with changes in disease severity.By analyzing blood samples and their hormones (progesterone and testosterone) levels change, whether the change reveals the psychological effects of sex hormone levels with STC ultimately affect mood, behavior and appearance-related changes. Results:Through the observation of the constipation behavior of rats, measurement and analysis, put forward on STC which is most likely to lead to psychological change or what kind of spirit, the spirit change is positively correlated with disease severity.And by analyzing the blood of rats in the changes of sex hormone, progesterone and androgen levels, reveal whether the mental change and influence on STC sex hormone levels and eventually result in the change of mood, behavior and related.Conclusions:The results of this experiment showed that with lower progesterone levels in rats, its constipation symptoms gradually worsened, and the state has a significant change in behavior. Showed slow transit constipation and progesterone levels related. |
