Purpose:Scalp verify the effectiveness of intervention and the advantages of sub-health state role in sleep latency, to guide the clinical use.Method:The trial screened99cases of sub-health state of sleep latency scalp subjects were randomly divided into three groups, the Scalp acupuncture group, the drug group, the control group. All groups are given sleep hygiene education. Scalp acupuncture group received scalp treatment of insomnia experience side (triangle area and sedative area) acupuncture intervention, intervention night sleep half an hour before the end, five days a course of treatment intervention2; pharmaceutical group received chlordiazepoxide drug intervention, each late to bed half an hour before taking five days for a course of treatment interventions2. The control group did not offer any therapeutic intervention. Observed and analysis the subjects before and after the intervention and a week after the end of the intervention include sleep latency, sleep quality and quality of life indicators, verification scalp sub-health state intervention efficacy and role of sleep latency advantage.Results:1, the intervention group and the drug group scalp subjects sleep latency, PSQI scale score, SF-36scale score statistically significant comparison (P<0.05), the control group was not statistically significant (P>0.05). There are significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).2, a week after the end of the intervention group subjects scalp sleep latency PSQI scale score, SF-36scale scores before and after the intervention are more statistically significant difference (P<0.05), with no significant difference between the intervention comparison (P>0.05). Former drug group and intervention comparison has significant difference (P<0.05) after the intervention ended. Before the control group and intervention, comparisons are not statistically significant (P>0.05) after the intervention ended, there are significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).3, the total efficiency:scalp acupuncture group was96.9%, the drug group was93.8%and39.4%in the control group, a significant difference (P<0.05) between the groups. There was no statistical difference in comparisonsecurity (P>0.05).Conclusion:1, scalp acupuncture experience and chlordiazepoxide can intervene in sub health state of sleep latency, scalp acupuncture experience efficacy is superior.2, the experience of scalp acupuncture intervention in sub health state delayed one week after the, sleep, sleep time, sleep quality, life quality ofrebound is not obvious, but chlordiazepoxide intervention after one week a certain degree of rebound appear.
