The Clinical Investigation On Adding Or Reducing Sini Simiao Powder After LEEP Operation On The Treatment Of Moderate To Severe Cervical Erosion(the Syndrome Of Downward Flow Of Damp-heat)

Objective:Through the analysis of severe cervical erosion (the syndrome of downward flow of damp-heat) after LEEP operation combined with adding or reducing sini simiao powder adjustment of the clinical efficacy of treatment, to explore traditional Chinese medicine in a shortened LEEP postoperative vaginal drainage time, wound repair time and improve the effectiveness of treating Chinese medicine clinical symptoms, provide effective and the formulas for future clinical treatment medication.Methods:In the record room of inpatient department of affiliated hospital of Chengdu University of TCM, I took70cases reports of LEEP operation on the treatment of moderate to severe cervical erosion from August,2012till August,2013,which the diagnosis was chronic cervicitis-severe cervical erosion, and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for treating patients for a retrospectively study,then made a questionnaire that includes general situation, the cervical erosion patients with comprehensive score curative effect, treating symptoms score, treatment, postoperative vaginal drainage time and wound repair, etc., and the data were divided into two groups, treatment group (40of whom underwent sini simiao powder combined with Chinese traditional medicine for the treatment of cervical LEEP), line control group (30cases of isolated cervical LEEP).Results:1. The treatment-group’s effective rate of compositive clinical to cure cervical erosion is95.0%,that control group is93.3%,P is0.263,that prove LEEP operation can cure cervical erosion effectively.2.The treatment-group’s effective rate to improve the syndrome of downward flow of damp-heat is100.0%,control group is86.7%,P is O.OOO.that prove sini simiao powder can significantly improve the clinical syndrome of downward flow of damp-heat.3. The treatment group on vaginal drainage time was11.65±2.13days on average, the control group was21.63±3.34days, P<0.05, explain in a shortened for vaginal drainage time after treatment the treatment group is better than the control group.4. The two groups in wound healing time after treatment by statistical comparison, P<0.05, suggesting that the treatment group is better than that of control group in terms of shorten wound repair time.5.The two groups curative effect on the treatment of cervical erosion is related to the types of cervical erosion and the effectiveness of simplex cervix erosion、granular erosion is superior to papillary erosion.Conclusions:Cervical erosion (syndrome of downward flow of damp-heat) after LEEP operation combined with sini simiao powder can significantly shorten the time of postoperative vaginal drainage and wound repair time, and also can improve the whole body treating clinical syndrome; LEEP operation treatment of severe cervical erosion effectively, its treatment effect has nothing to do with whether to add Chinese traditional medicine, but was related to the area of cervical erosion and erosion types, namely that the curative effect is superior to the severe erosion of moderate erosion, with simple type, particle erosion of curative effect is superior to the mastoid type.
