The Clinical Research Of The Treatment Of Juanbi Decoction For The Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective:Through the investigation of patients with psoriasis vulgaris seeking treatment,i am ready to learn to know the characteristics of patients with psoriasis vulgaris,such as the characteristics of skin lesions,the characteristics of symptoms and the distribution of its common syndrome differentiation types.Through positive randomized controlled trial,i want to compare the clinical curative effect of Juanbi decoction with Danqing capsule’s for patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Through consulting relevant references, combined with my tutor’s academic thoughts and clinical experience,i summarized my teacher’cognition of the etiology, pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation types of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:①I acquired the pathogenic condition datas of113patients with psoriasis vulgaris by method of questionnaire and physical examination, sorting datas comprehensively for statistical analysis.②According to the case inclusion criteria,i brought into71cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris who were randomly divided into Juanbi decoction group and Danqing capsule group,the treatment last for6weeks.i observed curative effect on schedule,used SPSS17.0for statistical analysis and get the conclusion.③By teasing the main literatures of every dynasties and contemporary mainstream textbooks and journals about etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation types with psoriasis vulgaris, combined with my tutor’s academic thoughts and clinical experience,I deduced the etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation types of psoriasis vulgaris.Results:Through the survey, psoriasis vulgaris can occur on the whole body, double lower limbs is the common pathogenic site,blood-heat syndrome is the main one,the mainly skin lesion type is spiloplaxia.Diet habit, sleep quality and the exercise rate of patients with psoriasis vulgaris which all have different degrees of influence on the occurence,course and change of this disease.There are certain many patients who have three of the most common accompanied symptoms-poor sleeping,constipation and scratches positiveness,both poor sleeping and scratches positiveness are less mentioned in the former literatures which are worthy of more attention.According to statistical analysis,i concluded that after treatment that the total curative effects of the lesions, pruritic treatment effects and main accompanied syndromes’treatment effects in treatment group were all better improved than control group,P values are less than0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion:There are some parts in the main accompanied syndromes concurrently that are ignored in psoriasis vulgaris,which should be given the necessary summary,and take some theoretical analysis and research, to induces the basic pathogenesis of active stage of psoriasis vulgaris:the qi deficiency of spleen and stamach,and then the Qi-movement of yingfen and weifen is stagnated, qi depression transformed into fire into the blood,combined with wind-heat pathogenic factor, the pathogenic factors from the outer and inner combined fumigating the skin to lead this desease.Chinese herbal compound prescription Juanbi decoction has exactly treatment effect, it is worth promoting.
