| Objective:The objective of this research is to compare differentiation with the clinical therapeutic effect between thermosensitive points moxibustion and ginger-partitioned moxibustion treatment of primary dysmenorrhea caused by the cold and damp coagulation, in order to provide a superior choice for moxibustion to treat primary dysmenorrhea in the clinical practice. Methods:this study used randomized parallel control groups for clinical trial.60patients were randomly divided into two groups:the30patients in treatment group were treated with thermosensitive points moxibustion and another30patients in control group were treated with ginger-partitioned moxibustion. Patients in both groups were arranged by3courses of treatment, and every menstrual period is conducted as a course. The time of the moxibustion therapy is regularly fixed on the fifth day before menstruation and the second day after that. Both groups were followed up3month after all the courses. Both two groups’symptoms were compared and observed by the Score of Abdominal Pain and Associated Symptoms, the VAS scale and the BRS-6scale before and after treatment, with the aim of valuing the clinical effects and the safety of each therapy.Results:①The total effective rate of90%in the treatment group and the total effective rate of60%in the control group, Two groups of overall curative effect comparison difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).②Both of two groups had significant difference in the Score of Abdominal Pain and Associated Symptoms, the VAS Scale and the BRS-6Scale before and after the third treatment (P<0.05).③There was no significant difference in the symptom score, VSA and BRS-6scale between the two groups after the third treatment (P>0.05).④There was a significant difference in the Score of Abdominal Pain and Associated Symptoms, the VAS Scale and the BRS-6Scale in the follow-up after3months(P<0.05).⑤The safety of both therapy was good.Conclusion:①Both the thermosensitive points moxibustion and ginger-partitioned moxibustion can improve the clinical symptom of primary dysmenorrhea caused by the cold and damp coagulation, the difference was not statistically significant.②The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group obviously, and the long-term effect of the treatment group was more stable. The thermosensitive points moxibustion is effective, economical and safe. This therapy deserve to popularized in clinical practice, and studies the thermosensitive points moxibustion further. |
