Objective:Through a comprehensive assessment, this thesis makes comparison and benefit analysis of the two treatment methods of Catheter-directed Thrombolysis and Conservative Anticoagulant, giving suggestions to clinician on treatment method so that the patients obtain the maximum benefit in terms of curative effect and economic condition and life quality.Method:The study objects, suffered from Acute and chronic deep vein thrombosis, were selected in Vascular Surgery Department of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Among these81patients,75of them were in accordance with the inclusive criteria, in which,69patients paid a return visit successfully. The returning rate was92%. In the69cases,33patients adopt Catheter-directed Thrombolysis and36patients adopt Conservative Anticoagulant. The patients are informed by the telephone to pay a return visit to the hospital. They are reviewed by color Doppler ultrasound and are required to fill in questionnaire and statistics the cost of treatment. All the statistics are recorded in quantification grades. Finally, with the statistic analysis, the author makes an evaluation of how the two groups of patients benefit from the treatments.Result:For those patients who leave hospital in6to12months, the recanalization rate of Catheter-directed Thrombolysis group is higher than Conservative Anticoagulant group.(P<0.05) The life quality of two groups show no significant difference. For those patients who leave hospital in12to24months, the recanalization rate of Catheter-directed Thrombolysis group is higher than Conservative Anticoagulant group.(P<0.05) The life quality of two groups show no significant difference. For those patients who leave hospital in24months, the recanalization rate and life quality of two groups show no significant difference (P>0.05).But the Catheter-directed Thrombolysis group costs more than the Conservative Anticoagulant group. Conclusion:After comparison and analysis of two kinds of treatment methods, the author draw a conclusion that the recanalization rate of Catheter-directed Thrombolysis group is apparently higher than Conservative Anticoagulant group and the life quality of Heather-directed Thrombolysis group is better in the earlier stage of treatment and shows no obvious difference in the later stage. But the Catheter-directed Thrombolysis group costs more than the Conservative Anticoagulant group. |
