Weak Model Application In The Chinese Older Men’s Health Assessment

Objective Research is suitable for evaluation of the elderly health tool, Increase in older age, there may be varying degrees of functional decline and aging, to investigate the clinical application value of the weak index and weak classification.Methods Applications weak index and debilitating weakness grading scale established older files, By focusing on teaching, individual counseling, family counseling and other forms of promotion of healthy lifestyles, to evaluate grading index and weak of those over65years for200cases and80cases of elderly men over65years old male patient admission and discharge.Results Compared with group in65～74years old,75～84age group’s weak index was significantly increased (P<0.05);>90age group compared with65～74years and75～84age group, debilitating index were significantly increased (P<0.05);75～84age group compared with the65～74age group, debilitating grade increased significantly (P<0.05);>90age group compared with65～74years and75～84age group, debilitating index were significantly increased (P<0.05); With the improvement of the disease, over65years male patients the weak index and weak classification also decreased significantly (P <0.05).Conclusion:Weak model is applied to the elderly health assessment of practical and effective, so the test result can be extended to the whole province and even the elderly health assessment system in the country. I believe that with its further improvement, there will be more effective in the service of the elderly in clinical practice, it’s worth promotion and application in geriatric medicine clinical work.
