| Objective To investigate the generation characteristic of leukocyte-derivedhydrogen sulfide of hypertensive person, and explore its role in the pathogenesis ofhypertension and in the regulation of blood pressure.Method189cases of hypertensive(92cases of preliminary hypertension,97cases of hypertensive that have controlled blood pressure,63cases≥60years,126cases<60years) and102cases of normal controls were selected randomly, all this personscame from PLA general hospital from Oct2012to May2013. Measure the leukocyticproductivity of hydrogen sulfide and analyze the feature of the leukocytic productivityof hydrogen sulfide of hypertensive person. Then, measure the hypertension-relatedplasma cytokines of IL-6ã€IL-10ã€IL-17ã€TNF-α and HsCRP, and analyze the relationshipof the leukocyte-derived hydrogen sulfide and those plasma cytokines to explore itseffect on blood pressure. In the end, confirm the conclusion by measuring the leukocyticproductivity of hydrogen sulfide and hypertension-related plasma cytokines of thosepreliminary hypertension persons when their blood pressures were descended to normal.Results the leukocytic productivity of hydrogen sulfide of hypertensive(0.202±0.084nmol/μg) is significantly lower than the normal group(0.231±0.107nmol/μg,P<0.05), and the leukocytic productivity of hydrogen sulfide exists apparentcorrelation with blood pressure (P<0.01). The hypertension-related plasma cytokineIL-10has the same changing trend with the leukocytic productivity of hydrogen sulfide,and the hypertension-related plasma cytokines TNF-α and HsCRP has the adversechanging trend with the leukocytic productivity of hydrogen sulfide. The leukocyticproductivity of hydrogen sulfide exists apparent correlation with IL-10(P<0.01), butthere’s no apparent correlation with TNF-α nor HsCRP. When the blood pressures of preliminary hypertension descend to normal, the leukocytic productivity of hydrogensulfide rise, and the concentration of hypertension-related plasma cytokines changeaccordingly.Conclusion The leukocyte-derived hydrogen sulfide may pay important role inthe pathogenesis of hypertension and the regulation of blood pressure. It may works byaffecting leukocytes functions and hypertension-related cytokines. |
