Clinical Observation Of Wendan Jiangzhi Granule’s Intervention Treatment Of Obesity-related Glomer-ulopathy

Purpose：This study monitors the changes of the symptoms and laboratory index thatare related to obesity-related glomerulopathy patients before and after treatment,to observeWendan Jiangzhi granule’s effection in the obesity-related glomerulopathy.Methods：To gather100patients of conform to the standard of obesity-relatedglomerulopathy, all cases were clinic and hospital patients with chronic renal failure inkidney disease diagnosis and treatment center of the second affiliated hospital of ShandongUniversity of Chinese Medicine in June2012to December2013,according to the medicalorder, all patients wer randomly devided into experimental group and control group, eachgroup have50cases.Both groups were given the same basic treatment,Such as Low saltwith low fat diet, to participate in appropriate physical exercise, etc, take timelysymptomatic treatment for combination of heart function failure,high uric acid hematicdisease, infection.The experimental group were given wendanjiangzhi compound while the controlgroup were treated with xuezhikang capsules.For90days for a period of treatment,2course oftreatment. The laboratory parameters,such as urine osmotic pressure and urine tracealbumin/creatinine(urinary ACR),body mass index (BMI),blood lipids (TG, TC, LDL-C,HDL-C), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr), and so on,were observedbefore and after treatment.At the time,we also observed the change of clinical symptoms oftraditional Chinese medicine.Results：After the treatment, the experimental group and control group improvedclinical symptoms of patients with obesity-related glomerulopathy’s total effectiveraterespectively were92.0%and64.0%,by the statistical test,P=0.010<0.05,the differencewas prominent,the experimental group are significantly better than the control group.Theexperimental group are significantly better than the control group in improving the ORG patients clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine、reducing urineACR、reducingBMI、regulating lipid levels、improving the kidney function.Conclusion:Wendan Jiangzhi granule can obviously improve the clinical symptomsof patients with obesity-related glomerulopathy,and also have significant effects inreducing urine ACR,regulating blood lipid and improving renal function and renal bloodsupply.
