Study On The Distirbution Of Syndrome Factors Of Hypertension Carotid Atherosclerosis In Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: To compare and analyze the general information of hypertension andhypertension carotid atherosclerosis;to explore the syndrome factors,regularity,describe theessence and relativity of hypertension and hypertension carotid atherosclerosis accordingto the syndrome elements distribution;this paper will reveal the role of hypertension in thepathogenesis of hypertension carotid atherosclerosis.Method:219patients were collected,divided into hypertension not carotidatherosclerosis group（56cases,marked as A）and hypertension carotid atherosclerosisgroup（163cases,marked as B）.To compare and analyze the general data of2groupsthrough questionnaires, then collect syndrome factors of the two sets and summarize theirdistribution and combination.Results: Age increasing,glucose and lipid abnormality,high-salt,acridity andgreasiness food are closely related to hypertension carotid atherosclerosis(p<0.05).18syndrome elements are extracted,in syndrome element of disease nature blood stasisappears the highest frequency,is27.14%,then heat,phlegm etc,in syndrome element ofdisease location meridian appears the highest frequency,is40.91%,then brain,liver and soon;in the A group,heat and brain appear the highest,two syndrome elements,three syndromeelements combination are the most,the basic combinations of syndrome elements arestasis-hea t,phlegm-heat-yin-deficienc y, phlegm-heat-stasis,stasis-hea t-yin-dificiency,focusing on phlegm-heat,stasis-heat,yin-deficiency;in the B group,blood-stasisand meridian appear the highest,three syndrome elements,four syndrome elements and twosyndrome elements combination are the most,the basic combinations of syndromeelements are phlegm-heat-stasis,yin-deficiency-stasis and phlegm-heat wenjie, meridiansstagnated by Phlegm-heat-stasis,qi-yin-deficiency and phlegm-heat-stasis and so on,focusing on phlegm-heat-stasis,qi-deficiency,yin-deficiency.in the comparison ofsingle syndrome factor,the A,s heat appears more than B group,and the B,sphlegm,stasis,meridian appear more than A group(p<0.05);there is no difference betweentwo groups about deficient and solid elements(p>0.05);in the comparison of elementscombination,the A has more three syndrome elements combination than B,and the B,s fivesyndrome elements combination is more than A groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The incidence of hypertension and hypertension carotid atheroscler-osis are all based on liver-kidney-deficiency and qi-yin-loss,their main pathologicalfactors are heat,phlegm and blood-stasis;in the process of hypertension to carotid atherosclerosis,heat is the initial factor and always persists,leading to phlegm-stasis,qi-yin-deficiency and vascular injury,the pathogenesis is more complex increasingly andthe disease location is deeper gradually.
