Clinical Study On Jiedu Tongluo Decoction For The Treatment Of CAG

Objective: Analysis and evaluation of Jiedu Tongluo Decoction in the treatment ofchronic atrophic gastritis (Chronic Atrophic Gastritis, CAG) effect, and to explore itsmechanism,"toxin damaging stomach collaterals" pathogenesis hypothesis and from the"poison" on the treatment of CAG provide guidance. Methods: Methods in60patientswith CAG, were randomly divided into2groups, namely the experimental group (JieduTongluo Decoction group) and control group (Wei Fuchun group), the experimental groupwas given the self-made Jiedu Tongluo Decoction on an agent, the control group was givenWeifuchun tablet,4tablets one time,3times a day. Results: In experiment group, thetotal efficiency of93.33%, overall improve gastric mucosa atrophy, IM, Dys effects wererespectively86.7%,76.67%and70%, IM reversal rate reached36.67%; Hp integral toimprove the effective rate of66.67%; the index decreased blood flow in the experimentalgroup, the two groups after treatment compared with whole blood viscosity (30s-1), plasmaviscosity (P>0.05), with no statistical significance (200s-1), whole blood high shearviscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocytesedimentation rate, ESR equation K value (P<0.05), which is to be Jiedu TongluoDecoction in treatment of patients with CAG, improved better than Weifuchun group. Conclusion:"Toxin damaging stomach collaterals" can be used as one of the pathogenesisof CAG. Stable, comprehensive curative effect of Jiedu Tongluo decoction."Toxic"argument, theory has important clinical significance for CAG from the "poison".
