| Object: To study three kinds of domestic rapamycin drug-eluting stents: the commenrapamycin drug-eluting stent(Firebird2,shanghai),Biodegradable rapamycin drug-elutingstent(Excel, jiwei Shandong)and polymer-free rapamycin drug-eluting stent(Nano,lepu Beijing),onserum Secretory Phospholipase A2(sPLA2)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) levelsafter stents implantation. By comparing the inflammation after the three kinds of stentimplantation,it’s expected to predict the differences of restenosis rate between the three kinds ofstents, and discusses whether the application of carrier free stent is effective.Method: Continuous selection from December1,2012to Oct1,2013,who to be in The firstaffiliated hospital of Shihezi university school of medicine to accept coronary contrastexamination or accept the coronary artery interventional therapy which include percutaneoustransluminal coronary angioplasty and stents Implantation in the same time. the patients withunstable angina pectoris(UAP) amount to126cases to study and research. They were divided intoFirebird2generation group (33cases), Excel group (43cases) and Nano group (50cases) byangiography, the control group was the patients without coronary heart disease(CHD) by coronaryangiography during the same period,All patients is the first time to accept coronary contrastexamination and have complete, detailed case history. All of the patients to draw blood5ml todetect the density of TGã€TCã€LDL-Cã€HDL-Cã€UAã€Lipoprotein a. the serum concentration ofsPLA2and hs-CRP were determined before and at24h after coronary intervention.Result:Four was no difference in clinical data, and three stent groups were no significantdifferences in angiography characteristics(P>0.05); the serum concentration of sPLA2and hs-CRPin the three stent groups were significantly higher (P<0.01)than the control group before and at24h after coronary intervention, but no obvious difference was compared between three groups;the serum concentration of sPLA2and hs-CRP at24h were significantly higher in each group thanbaseline(P<0.05); compared with preoperative at24h, the serum concentration of sPLA2andhs-CRP in the three stent groups were significantly higher (P <0.01)than the control group but noobvious difference was compared between three groups.Conclusion: In Preoperative phase, the inflammatory markers in the group which is implantedstent) is significantly higher than the control group, In postoperative phase,each of three kinds ofdomestic rapamycin drug-eluting stents will lead rising of levels of serum sPLA2and hs-CRPafter stent implation; But the inflammatory factor levels had no obvious differences between thethree groups. Compared with the coronary angiography group, three kinds of stent groups were increased more than the control group; But the level of inflammatory factors between the threegroups had no significant difference. |
